We finally opted for a nice house from plans during the World Cup finals of 2006, high on a hill with spectacular panoramic views. Throughout all our searching and researching,they have always been thoroughly professional, supportive, and helpful in every way, including several site visits, and with translational assistance for us foreigners, including steering us through the legal ramifications of purchasing, and with the banks, architects and engineers, and builders. They are perfectly suited to these tasks, not least because of her excellent command of English, but also because they treats clients as friends as much as buyers, and shows great interest, concern and commitment to all. And they do all this, and go the extra mile, willingly and with a smile and sense of humour, thus defusing the stress of purchasing from abroad, always inserting themselves as required as the vital link in transactions and communications. We would never consider going anywhere else in connection with real estate, so good has our experience been.
